Simplified Integration
IND360 is available with certified automation interfaces, sample programming code, documentation and automation drivers including Rockwell EDS, Siemens GSD, GSDML, Beckhoff ESI and Mitsubishi CSP+. The modern web interface allows for convenient local and remote configuration and service. OPC UA and JSON REST API enable data exchange with IT systems. These run simultaneously to the PLC (PROFINET or EtherNet/IP) communication.
Select from a variety of controller interfaces including PROFINET, PROFIBUS DP, EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT, CC-Link IE Field Basic and Modbus RTU. Discrete I/O and Analog output 4-20mA are also available for the IND360. JSON REST API (preview version) and OPC UA allow you to exchange data with IT devices such as a PC or server.

- Tank/Vessel weighing with full visibility of system status and automatic refill function. LoadAdvisor™ in combination with POWERCELL® offers guided setup saving costs, eliminating errors and improving measurement accuracy. For example the shim adjustment step indicates where to shim, saving engineers time during installation. In addition, it prevents production accidents and material losses caused by an overload of an individual weigh module. The Center of gravity indication in combination with advanced condition monitoring helps to detect and pin-point issues with ease during operation.
- The IND360fill/dose application is a great fit for modular system design and decentralized control. Its pre-programmed application is easily customizable through the web interface, and the application-specific HMI simplifies operation. With a processing speed of 480 Hz, it delivers fast and accurate results, while its self-optimizing algorithms automatically adjust the cut-off points to accommodate changes in material and environment. The state machine follows the ISA-88 standard, allowing for seamless integration into control systems.
- IND360dynamic is designed for in-motion and static weighing on conveying systems including checkweighing. Its advanced filtering capabilities combined with 480Hz processing speed ensuring exceptional weighing results. The user-friendly web interface facilitates simple configuration and offers a graphical analysis tool to fine-tune the system. To maximize throughput when processing a mix of short and long items, IND360dynamic offers a unique multi-item mode to determine the weight of each individual objects.
The IND360 family offers three modules based on the same core technology with global approvals to minimize complexity for machine builders, integrators and end-users when designing customized solutions.
